B-12 to go in first or last in needle???

Hey Bro's just a few questions:

#1) I'm doing Prop now and fixin to thrown in some B-12. Do I want to draw up the B-12 or Prop first? Which one do I want to go in my body first?? Does it matter??

#2) I'm also fixin to start my Winny in a week and I want to know is it ok to mix the Winny/Prop/B12 in the same syringe??? Or should I shoot the Prop/B12 in one site and the Winny in another site??? Thanks Bro's!!

Draw the prop first as the b-12 will be the flusher!!! I would separate the other like you suggested.

inject the b12 seperately. make sure you ionize before injection by adding at least 1ml of tap water. this will allow for much faster absorption.

Post counts don't mean dick all......


And you can mix B12 with anything just fine. No need to dilute.
B12 is water based so it will not mix with the oil anyway.... but you can shake it if you want too......
