How about Propecia to combat gear induced Hair loss
Seems that when I was running the prop the ol hair was thinning.
I got some propecia and was wondering if anyone has any experience with this product or information as to if it will help slow or stop the loss. My father and brother are both bald. Myself at 31 is not. Why, couldn't tell yah.
thanks fellas.

Propecia is considerably weaker (& more expensive)...1mg per tab vs. 5mg per
tablet of Proscar

also ... since I got quite a bit of propecia layin here .. and the mg's is one as opposed to 5mg of proscar than theoretically I can take 5 propecia's for one proscar till I get proscar.

nope take 1 propecia, when you get proscar you use a pill cutter to cut them upo into 4 pieces or 1.25 mg each. This is how you save the $. 1mg -5mg not much of a difference in dht inhibition levels around 70%. Proscar 5mg, sold for BHP(prostate enlargement) and is cheaper than the cosmetic use only propecia at 1mg if you make 4 pieces out of them.

OHHH GEEESUS LOOK AT THIS
What are the possible side effects of Proscar?
• Stop taking Proscar and seek emergency medical attention if you experience an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of the throat; swelling of the lips, tongue, or face; or hives).
• Other, less serious side effects have been reported but usually resolve with continued treatment. Continue to take Proscar and notify your doctor if you experience
· decreased libido (sex drive);
· decreased volume of ejaculate;
· impotence (trouble getting or keeping an erection); or
******· breast tenderness or enlargement. ******
• Side effects other than those listed here may also occur. Talk to your doctor about any side effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome.
***** Im trying to get rid of my teets already! ...eh I wonder if the propecia I was taking had any effect on the whole scenario with me growing man juggs?

I'm not sure what they go for on the street, but Rx they are approx. the same
price per tablet (around $2.50 @).

proscar is worth splitting, buy a pill splitter at the drug store for a couple of $. The side effects are less than 1% when compared to placebo. Also if you have sides the half life is short so they are immediatley reversible.
Don't get hung up on the sides. You can literally save $100's of $ with proscar instead of propecia in a year. Big difference.

i've used propecia for a while and also while juicing. it seemed as though the juicing didn't work at all - untill i spoke to some pharmacist who said the propecia works in to reduce male testosterone , which causes hair loss. so therefore it works against the juice too.the moment i stopped using propecia, the juice worked.
it was just my experience, i'm not saying it would affect everybody.

plus - propecia only starts working after three months....

propecia starts reducing dht immediatley after injestion. You should start taking it 2 weeks before your cycle. The 3 months is to see visible results in the appearance of your hair, it starts working at the cause of hair loss right away. Also it does not reduce test, it increases it. It reduces the conversion to DHT. DHT plays a role in growth but you are only eliminating 70% on proscar/propecia so 30% is still available. It is a great drug to combat hair loss from increased test levels if you have male pattern baldness.
