    Sus 250 question

    I have been taking sus 250 for about 3 weeks. How long should it be till i see any results???? i have been taking about two shoots a week,,each 250. is my timing bad ??? thanx

    I think your shots are okay. I am sure you will start seeing results pretty soon bro. Unless you got some bunk sh?t.

    Well if you shoot eod like you should with sust you should start seeing results in as little as 2 weeks. If you are only shooting twice a week your losing your prop ester and it will take closer to 3-4 weeks to kick in.

    i shot every third day and begain to see results in 3 weeks.

    I shot twice a week and it kicked in at exactly 4 weeks. Kicked in overnight and very suddenly. What a great feeling.

    Im on week 4 right now of 2 a week and yea it starts showing in week 4

    i have actually been losing weight but i dont think it is muscle because it seems that i have more definition. i have also been eating alot of protein and everything. so i dont know why im really losing weight ?

    ur probably leanin out bro...same thing happen to me...i did a sust/EQ cycle and only gained 10 pounds but leaned up real nice....JMO

    I'll agree. I think you should do eod. A Mod told me that one week into a sust/deca cycle and I started to see results right away. Bench went up on third week by 50#s and by week five my arms were 1" bigger. EOD is the way with sust bro.
