B-12 yes or no???

Hey bros whats up.... Do you need too inject some B-12 or do you
half too have some if your on a TEST E 500mg cycle only and how much do
you need and whats the best size pin to use

It's not absolutley neccessary to use B-12.

It can be shot on it's own,or mixed with gear.If using it solo,a slin pin will be fine.

500 mcgs ED is a standard dose.

sorry to steal this thread but this is probably relevant so..

Bull - im thining of frontloading my next cycle woth some Prop ED. Ive heard prop hurts - would B12 make much diff if I mixed some in with my 75 ED prop (1st 3 weeks) ?

If so...how much B12 do I add to a 75 prop ED shot ?

Yes..It will reduce the soreness greatly.1/2cc=500mcgs...that's a standard dose.
