If you inject into a smaller muscle.. Does the depot disperse faster?

Does where the depot is, affect the uptake or the half life in any way ?

Lower extremeties (calves) would be the only sites I'd say could potentially allow for slower dispersal, but I doubt it would be anything significant. Everywhere else I'd say is more or less equal.

i read a study once that showed the glutes to absorb the most of the injected juice, followed by quads. everything else was less. not sure if its true, just stating that i saw it. not sure if they said the difference was significant.
