Ok my starting stats were...
33 years old
6'1" tall
225 lbs.
11% b/f
This Sunday will be the 3rd week since I took my last shot.
Ending stats are...
33 years old
6'1"
242 lbs. (was heaviest at 248)
11% b/f (but I look much more defined)
I took 30mg Dbol for weeks 1-4 and 1cc of Omnadren 250 every 3 days for a total of 20 shots.
I'd say I gained approx 15% strength in most exercises.
What I'm asking for is opinions on a second cycle.
Try the exact same thing, or step it up a notch?
