Help with winstrol dosage?

Currently running
75mg ed prop 12/wks
500mg/wk eq 11/wks
going on week 6 now. was wondering when was a good time to through in some winny i was thinking around week 7 going 50mg eod would this be sufficient.. also i think i am going to drink the winny.. i hear it gets you the same results anyways.. whats best to mix it with? thanks bros

try weeks 8-12 at 50mg ED. IMO

winny needs to be ran at least 50 mg ED. I mixed mine with a little water.

maybe extend eq to week 12 and prop. to week 14 and winny from week 10-14(to line up pct) just my opinion. A lot of bros will tell you that eq needs to be ran at least 12 weeks.

so 50mg eod for winsrtrol is no good??? If i decide to run 50mg ed.. when will i start feeling the benefits from it?

Winny will not bulk perse' it will help with lean musle but it will give you more definition and vascularity probably within the first 1-2 weeks. What is your body fat%?

you should start noticing around week 2 or 3 depending on your diet and cardio.
and no, 50 mg EOD is NO good. winny has a very short half life. good luck bro.!
