I was just wondering what is the best OTC med that would stop my hair from falling a out. This is my 5th cycle and now I can run my hand through my hair and have about 10 peices in my hands. Male patten boldness does not run in my family on mothers or fathers side. So I need help please.
Proscar! Prescription,but any doctor will prescribe.There is no otc anything that works.

Minoxidil has no effect on DHT levels.
Proscar(finasteride) and Avodart(dutasteride) are DHT inhibitors. They do cause side effects in 1-3% of the population.
nizoral shampoo/ monoxidil will help reduce hairloss.
