What is the best OTC med. to stop DHT

I was just wondering what is the best OTC med that would stop my hair from falling a out. This is my 5th cycle and now I can run my hand through my hair and have about 10 peices in my hands. Male patten boldness does not run in my family on mothers or fathers side. So I need help please.

What about minoxidil(rogaine)? Its over the counter.

a combanation of both is thought to be the best. Proscar blocks the dht,stopping further hair loss. minoixidil starts rebuilding hair at the roots.Thats the quick answer.

Minoxidil has no effect on DHT levels.

Proscar(finasteride) and Avodart(dutasteride) are DHT inhibitors. They do cause side effects in 1-3% of the population.
