Legal trouble for Nolvadex in Canada?

What class of drug does this fall into? I have my entire cycle ready to go, stored in a safe but still need to get my nolva, my local source is gone and my new source will have to send it to me in the mail. I think this question came up before, and it isn't as much of a problem as regular gear is it?

I've heard of it getting confinscated here in the US but I haven't heard of any legal problems because of it.

It is used in many therapies, breast cancer being one of them....so should be no prob.

Man, you guys are great! You've given me all the knowledge I need to go into my first cycle strong and come out stronger. Thanks to comments on this board I waited a year longer to learn and read and research more and whatever gains I make when I finally do start my cycle will be largely attributed to the help I got from all of you.
