this will be my first and i posted a sample one i was thinking of doing and got some really good feedback.
after doing so more reading i think i want to change it just a little

deca 1-10 400
now i think i want to jumpstart it with some prop at 100 everyother day for the first three weeks

oh shat forgot got my nova on hand as well as clomid for pct
also have a bottle of clen just wanted to get some opinions on where to throw it in i was thinking pct 2 weeks on 2 off cycling with my eca

wait to use that clen until after you cycle...... even a test cycle by itself might be fine for your first time, not a bad cycle to run though. 5 11 at 240 is a pretty good frame to work off of for your being a newbie to gear

thanks grant i have worked pretty hard to get to 240 although i am carryinga little extra fat but i am able to let myself deal with that in the greater good to get bigger then cut after

yea, hmm thats a good cycle, but as Grant said, test alone would be a good 1st cycle

1-4 test prop 100mg eod
1-10 test en 250mg e4d
pct 2wks after last test en shot (and u can start using clen same day!)
save deca for your 2nd cycle

so running the deca two weeks shorter then the test is good?

everybody here is givin u a good advice: first cycle --> start easy!
but if u want to run deca in any case, run it a week (only 1) shorter than your test!

test only..........
if you decide to keep the deca in there, run the test 1 week past the deca, so they taper out at the same time.
start your pct 2 weeks after your last shot of test.
