Liq. D-Bol

I'm taking 50mg of liq d-bol a day and I was wondering if I should split this up like 25 then 25 later in the day. As of right now I'm taking all 50 at lunch. Just wondering if I should space it out or not.

I dont see where spacing it out during the day is going to make that much of a difference. Since you are taking an injectable, I would just do it once a day and save the hassles of giving yourself a second injection.

i think he's taking it orally... and yes, it would be better to split it up into two administrations... morning and night.

Of course you should split it up...its half life is only 4 hors or so!

And 50mg/day is way too much IMO! You shoud do a quarter cc 3 times a day max(so only 3/4cc a day)! Unless youre a pretty advanced juicer. I only do 20mg/day(along w/test of course) and see great results with practically no sides.

Id say to do a 1/4cc upon waking and 1/4cc 1.5 hours before training on training days and right before bed on off days. At that low of a dose you could run it 5 weeks w/no probs.

I sure hope youre running this with a Test!

Well, Refovit-b is injectable. But I too think he's taking it orally.

weeks 1-4 50mg D-bol ED
weeks 4-11 Tren E. 400 a week
weeks 9-14 whin 50mg ED

Looks like a good cycle. 25 mgs morning and night is good.

What do you have???? Brand???? If its reforvit-b it is an injectable form of D-bol, but it is like winstrol , you can drink it or inject it.

If you decide to inject it you do not need to take as much. If you inject it you will feel it!!!!!!!!!!
