k bros, I'm 22 5'10'', 195, 13%bf, good 3yrs liftin. Hopin to gain around 30#'s and keeps as much as possible afterwards.
Cycle-15wk:
wk 1-10 Test enanth 500mg/wk
wk 1-10 Deca 400mg/wk
wk 7-12 winnie 50mg/ed
wk 1-15 nolva 10mg/eod (only have 600mgs of this any advice here?)
wk 13-15 clomid treat 300mgs working down to 50mgs taken every day
wk 1-15 200mgs b6/ed
also planing to take b12shots (thinking around 1/2cc mixed in with every shot? any advice here too?)

i would drop the winny for your first cycle, and b-12 500 mcg or 1/2 cc ed, run the deca 8 weeks, and nolva wont help with deca gyno, b 6 is fine, start clomid 2 weeks after your last test e shot
Add 1 more week on you test,and go wk 8-13 on winny,and pct timing will match up.Quote:

Nolva and L-dex will help the retention. You will also need to use vit B-6 at 200mg ED thriought cycle and PCT for deca gyno.Quote:
