Not a rookie but made huge mistake

Im not a rookie to AS and i don't want to be mistaken as one, but i have made a bad mistake that almost all of us have done before. I was so used to running test with my cycle, that i wanted to see what a cycle without it would be like. I did a tren only cycle at 100mg ED for 5 weeks. I was fully aware of the negative effects it could have but understand i just wanted to see what it would be like and what my results would be. I messed up huge!!!
My cycle ended 5 days ago, and im in the worst deppression i have ever had. I feel like my life is a mess?

I felt suicidal the other day and its taking everything i have just from falling to peices everyday. I know this is in my head and its just something that has to pass. My libido is totally shut down, I have no energy to do anything, my appetite is at an all time low, i feel like s h i t, and on top of all that my attitude sucks! Im no fun to be around and i hate it.

My questions

How can i go about my day without feeling so badly?
What can i take to help my body along untill my natty test kicks back in?
How do i start to feel better about myself?

If anyone has gone through this and has some comments to say im sure it would help me alot. If you know how long this will last, or what helped you, that would be a big help...

What can i do about my sex drive????

first of all bro, get suicide out of your head, that is not an option, try getting proviron, or cialis, trib at 6 g's a day will help with your libido, maybe take a week off of training and rest

Yeah get some Cloid, Nolvadex, anything associated with PCT.

Dont beat yerself up - you are still cool and will bounce back. You have no choice but to do a full blown PCT, then get bloodwork then you can do it right next try.

anyone believe that he could start cycling with test now

Maybe a short cycle of prop might lift you out of the depression and you won't have to wait to start PCT. I've never come across this before but thanks for being a guinea pig and letting us know what happens.

Im not talking about a full blown cycle, but im thinking something like 200 or 300mg of Test E per week for a couple months and then end my cycle and do proper PCT and flush my system out again. Im telling you right now, it might not be the best thing but if i go on like this, i will kill myself. Sounds scary and stupid to say, but im at the very edge and its very scary where i am and something has to change because i can;t live like this.

Hey dude, had a similar problem about a year ago. Not w/ the same gear but w/ depression after a cycle. Lost my job and my girl (of 4 yrs) all in the same week. I gotta tell ya it gets better!! go w/ some cialis, and clomid, helped me out ALOT. Yeah forget about suicide, it gets better, trust me. There are alot of bro on this board that would be glad to help.

i agree, i would try enth 400 mgs ew for 4 weeks, what do you think bros?

Depression after a cycle is not unusual. It's rather normal depending how one ends a cycle.

What compounds did you use on your cycle?

Please don't think that a new cycle is the magic cure. Cycles and new combinations of steroids is not the answer to every problem. Get that way of thinking out of your head NOW. Your test levels are low and your HPTA is probably heavily inhibited. By going on another cycle--even a low dose cycle of testosterone--you will further delay your HPTA from fully recovering and may decrease the chances of it ever fully recovering if you happen to be someone who has trouble recovering HPTA functions.

You have a few choices:
1. Wait it out.
2. Use one of the may PCTs available (did you use PCT after your cycle?)
3. Go see a specialist--endocrinologist (get a reference from you normal doctor). Explain what happened. Either s/he'll put you on HRT (which I think would be a bad idea if you want to recover your natural HPTA function) or s/he may give you other alternatives such as brief HCG therapy, which is essentially one of the PCT methods.

Not to be hatefull towards you dude. But when you get the thought of suicide in your head just remember that PUSSYS commit suicide. Once again not im not being mean. Just tell your self that when you start thinking that way. I have felt the same as you before and that is how I have come to that conclusion. Just feeling like that all together has nothing to do with an atribute of a man.

Go to the doctor and have him prescibe you some anti-depressants. Tell him whats going on and he will help you. Tell him you are having post cycle depression.

If this crash is as bad as you say then I would jump on some dbol for the next three weeks. I would take 5 days of HCG and then begin clomid on day 6 and extend it two weeks past dbol. I would run nolvadex the entire time.

bro- i would either do the test cruise like you said at 300 mgs ew of enth or cyp... or start shooting prop right away at 50 mgs ed to help with your libido and depression.

either that or some serious clomid pct with 6 g tribulus ed.

Dude like others said...get suicide out of your head, just think of all the people in your life who you would hurt if that happened!! Things will get better...you will be in the gym again in the near future throwing heavier wights than ever before and still growing. I would take a week off from the gym and not even think about working out or even check yourself out in the mirror. Don't be vain and go critquing yourself in the mirror it wont help. Try to think positive and think about all the positive things that the road ahead of you may have in store...it will be worth it to push through this.. mkae sure you PCT and i would def. use some HCG if you can get some.

Absolutely! I think this is a great suggestion.

I was thinking you should run Prop for a bit to get out of that depression and run some HCG, then get into some heavy PCT..... But then I read Ricksons suggestion.... And I have to agree with him... Go with that!

dbol dbol dbol.

take 30mg a day spaced out evenly throughout the day.

after a few days take just 10mg a day soon as you get up with post cycle therapy. follow it for as long as you need to.


there is no feeling like being on dbol. if that doesnt cheer you up raise the dose. remember there is no way of recovering from suicide. if you have to stay on some drugs for awhile it will have to be done. take the lowest dose that is effective and stop soon as you can.

that being said, take off your skirt and go hit the gym. your a man! act like it.

In addition to everyone elses great suggestions, let me add that the addition of some St. John's Wort may also help some.

Get some Tribulus and take high doses like 4-8 grams per day. Take a hardcore PCT. for the next few days do what rickson said and jump on that dbol. That'll help wiht the depresssion and you'll be able to workout

i say go with 75-100mgs of prop a day for 2 weeks....get some HCG to run for 5 days of week 1....HCG is the sh!t and will bring your libido right back to normal if not to a heightened level....the prop should bring you out of depression and restore energy real quickly....then run proper PCT for a week longer then normal...JMO

Guys... I want to just thank everyone on AR and everyone who responded to this thread. I feel better than yesterday and I see now what i wrote about killing myself and want people to know i would never. Iv been through some s h i t and iv had my fair share of crash's with AS, but nothing like this! I just hope if anyone was looking to do the same as me( Tren only cycle ) they get a chance to read this understand its not a good idea. I will look for anyone thinking of this such an idea and let them know of my expereince. If any of you hear of someone doing it or is having problems after, like myself, tell them to PM me. I know i will get through this and it will make me a stronger person for it.

I did the same thing a year ago and felt the same way you do. I jumped on 100mgs ed of prop and with in a week I felt much much better. Sex drive took about 2 full weeks to recover.

When people deal with emotional subjects like this is when you most clearly see the way people attack problems and what unique and different things motivate individuals.

There's a chance that Anhydro78 was goaded out of bad behavior or motivated by being insulted or called a "pussy" when he was youner. Think of a young football player being told that he's a baby if he doesn't suck it up and take the pain like a man.

I don't think Anhydro78 meant to do anything more than help. Although, berating a person isn't the best way to approach someone who is experiencing depression or suicidal thoughts. I think Anhydro78 was using one of the methods of encouragment/motivation he was taught.

I think we would all agree that suicide is not the best choice. Pains of life can appear to be crushing and endless, but there is truth to something my father used to say to me: This too shall pass.
