    I NEED HELP, please look

    Hey guys,
    I need help. I'm about to start a new course, this is about my 10th. I've done other courses like this before but i just want some other peoples opinions. I've also included my diet as i've dropped alot since my last course and can't understand why anyway here is the course;

    WEEk 1;
    Mon; 1 Sus, 1 test suspension, 10 d.bol
    Tues: 1 test suspension, 10 d.bol,
    Weds; 1 Sus with 2ml of Cyp, 10 d.bol
    Thurs; 1 test suspension, 10 d.bol
    Fri; 1 sus with 2ml of cyp, 10 d.bol
    Sat; 1 sus 10 d.bol
    Sun 10 d.bol


    WEEK 2;
    Mon; 1 Sus, 1 test suspension 10 d.bol
    Tues; 1 test suspension 10d.bol
    Weds; 1 sus with 2ml of cyp 10 d.bol
    Thurs; 1 test suspension
    Fri; 1 sus with 2ml of cyp
    Sat; 1 sus

    WEEK 3;
    Mon; 1 Test x, 1 test suspension
    Tues; 1 test suspension
    Weds; 1 test x,
    Thurs;1 test suspension
    Fri; 1 test x,
    Sat; 1 Test x

    WEEK 4;
    Mon; 1 test x
    Tues; 1 test x
    weds; 1 enanthate
    Fri; 1 test x
    Sun; 1 test x

    WEEk 5;
    Mon; 1 Parabolan , 1 enanthate
    weds; 1 Parabolan
    Thurs; 1 enanthate
    Sun; 1 Parabolan

    Week 6;
    Same as week five but with clen from start of the week, 5 tabs per day, two days on two days off

    Well theres the course, any suggestions would be welcome. I'll be taking novaldex throughout it.

    Here is my diet, i have between 2-3 hours beween each meal;

    Meal 1 (breakfast); 4 egg whites, 1 bowl of corn flakes, 1 protein mix
    meal 2; 3 turkey breast in bread crumbs, 1 bowl of white rice
    meal 3; protein mix and maybe a few cookies
    WORKOUT followed by a post workout protien mix
    Meal 4; 3 turkey breats, 4 egg whites
    meal 5; protein mix
    meal 6; protein mix

    Well theres my diet. If i can i have an extra meal instead of a protein mix, normally turkey and rice or turkey and potato.

    Like i said i really need some advice, i've heard all sorts of **** down my gym and i wanted other peoples opinions. Some have said the course is to much but like i said its not the first time i've done this kinda course. I was thinking about taking out the test suspension but don't know what to replace it with

    Age; 21
    Height; 6'3
    Weight; 200lbs
    Arms; 16 and a half inches
    chest relaxed 40inches
    waist; 32inches around the stomach

    I'm normally about 220lbs but i've really come down, help me!!!!!!

    This is such a bad thing when people self administer hormones based on quantity and not dose... you need to post how much of what you are taking and when... like this:

    Weeks 1-10, 250mg of Testosterone Enanthate E3D
    Weeks 1-5, 30mg of Dianabol ED
    and so forth...

    That's crazy man. Try Test @ 500mg / week. 12 weeks. So simple.

    horrible no pct diet looks horrible how are u gonna grown with all the protein shakes need much more real food in there

    1 sus is 250
    10 d.bol is 50mg

    My first couse was back in 2000 and was just 4 d.bol a day for six weeks,
    i did a few courses of that then in early 2003 i did 1 sus and 1 deca for 8 weeks,
    then in may of 2003 i did 4 sus a week, big jump. Since that course i've done about another 4, all based around 3 - 4 sus a week or 3 or 4 enanthate a week. I've had about 3 months off since my last. I've heard that you can't go back on the amount you do on a course all you don't gain, any truth in that?

    Wow. It means Post Cycle Therapy . It's what makes you keep your gains and not grow breasts. Kinda important. Start using the search tab at the top of the page for everything these guys have mentioned that you don't know what is. And 1g of test a week is a lot, but you could try going down to 750mg or even 500mg and using another compound to make up for it. Stop using quantity of product for saying what you're doing. Use your overall dosage. And if you aren't keeping track of that than you're in seriously bad shape here. Shouldn't have picked up the needle yet. .... and you say you've done like 6 cycles. I can't imagine what your body is like right now. 3 months off last cycle you probably feel like sh*t. Or just started not feeling like sh*t.

    parasite, if you really have done 10 cycles like that, without pct you have done
    alot of unnecessary damage to your body..In my experiences with AS without
    PCT were junk....I can't stress enough to read the cycles in the opening page
    and read the PCT threads before you put another neddle in your body

    I know about taking stuff after the course, weather is be clomid or HCG , i just never heard of it reffered to as PCT. I normally just do a bit of HCG after a course

    1 Test x = 250ml
    1 enathate = 250ml
    1 d.bol tab = 5mg
    1 Test Suspension = 1ml
    1 sus= 250ml

    I'm sorry i missed out the actual dose.

    u dont do a bit of hcg after ur cycle ,u do a bit hcg during ur cycle,u need to do some serious research on pct,before u star with that crazy as cycle,if u dont do ur pct right ,u will loose everything u have gained with that cycle besides fuking up ur system and body ,test levels ect.

    Problems I have with this thread: lets not get on parasite, he is new and not familiar with certain acronyms, such as PCT - as well as how to post a cycle for review... so lets not get on his ass for that... he will figure it out...

    And brah - search the forums, such as the one labled "Member's Cycle Results" and look at the format that we are used to using here... for your info:

    EOD = every other day
    ED = every day
    E4D = every fourth day
    PCT = Post Cycle Therapy
    TE = testosterone enanthate ...

    There are a few more - but those are the most common. Look at some of the stickies in the Steroid Questions Forum for more info... read up and then try this again - hopefully you haven't gotten a sour taste regarding this community... it's just that you are asking for info in a way makes it hard for people to give you answers... OUT HERE>
