    Lightbulb t-400, deca, equipoise! (staking help)

    first of all I wan't to say thanks for the bad ass site, tons of great info. this my first thread. I recently got a hold of t-400, deca -durabolin , and equipoise I have taken sust 250 about four years ago but that was it. I just thought I would see if anybody had some advice to give. the t-400 i have 10ml, deca is 10ml of 300mg, and the equi. is 10ml of 100mg. i have been bodybuilding for 8 years, i currently weigh 215 at 10% bf. i'm 6'1" and train my ass off. I would appreiciate any advice. -thanks

    Well, the t400 is going to hurt like a bitch. But, I wouldn't run both DECA and EQ in the same cycle and you definitely do NOT have enough EQ to run it properly. EQ should be run for 12+ weeks at a dose around 400/500mg a week. What is your cycle history?

    my goal is to put on alot of mass! why should I not use eq and deca together?
