I know this question should be in the insulin forum but theres no one on there, i want to start insulin and correct me if i am wrong this is how i would start using it:
i would use humalog insulin, starting out by injecting 2 IU'S after my workout followed by 10g of dextrose per 1 IU of insulin injected and 80g protein. i would increase my injections by 1 IU each day until 5IU's is achieved and cycle for 28 days max.
