Hey guys, I'm thinking of doing my first cycle soon. Does anyone have any suggestions for females first cycle? I've been working out for 8 years and wish to add a small amount of muscle. My body fat is very low already and my diet is clean. Thanks for your help

as for cycles for females, i cant comment personally but ive read that you can use the same but in lower dosages,
oh and you should ask to get female access

Of course its me, I posted some pics in the members pic forum so you can get a better look at the condition I'm in. I think my bodyfat is around 8 or 9 %, not sure though. My boyfriend takes massive cycles and im not sure the same compounds would be good for a woman as well even if the doses are lower.

Most of the women I know who cycle use either winny, anavar and clen, but your better off posting in the female section for some more expert advice
The female members here at AR will be able to offer valuable first hand experience.
If I were to recommend anything for a first time cycle it would be anavar at 5mg/day and depending how you respond phyically you could conceivably ramp that up to 10-15mg/day. As your bf is already relativly low you don't need clenbuterol IMO and even though many women use winstrol I would not recommend it as a first cycle...possibly down the road if you decide to go that route. Another good safe, effective drug for females during later cycles is primobolan. Good luck, have fun and welcome to AR.
For a first cycle it was recommended to me:
var, 5mg for 2 weeks (ED), then....
10mg ED for 6 -8 weeks,
along with milk thistle for liver and cran juice or extract for the kidneys.
Primo is second. And from some experiences I've read, winny is not well liked...exactly why I'm not sure...maybe someone can enlighten you.
