    the best way to take d-bol

    i have QV 10mg d-bol, the total per day is 30mg. should i spread the doses three times thru the day or break the pills in half and take ever 3 hours?
    is it better to chew the pill?
    1-4 d-bol 30mg ed
    1-12 test e 630mg week
    1-11 bold 500mg week
    10-15 winny 50mg ed
    1-15 proviron 50mg ed, nolvadex 20mg ed

    If you are only doing 30mg. Then yes 3 times a day like every 4 hours or so..

    And don't bother chewing them.. They work just fine if swallowed.

    half life of DBOL is about 4.5 hours. I would take it every 4-5 hours.
