    Injections

    Ive been injecting in the glute and now Im starting to get a lot of scar tissue. Where is the easiest and next least painful site to inject at?

    Try the delts or quads...I only use those two..I can't reach behind my back that well for my glutes....

    i know your gonna think i'm kidding here,but after getting over the shock of shooting in my bis for the first time.that is my favorite spot,i hit them each 3x week now with absolutely no soreness.my shoulders have been giving me some pain lately for shooting in the outside delts so often that im now giving them a break and the quads are always a good and easy shot.

    well thanks. Im about to inject in my delts for the first time. Hopefully there isnt anything that I can hit that will kill me.
