How long have u been on? If it's only a few days then I wouldn't really bother with clomid but if your on for a week -10 days or more I'd start clomid one day out.
are the legal substitutes for PCT as effective
Not that I'm aware of. Some people say some products you buy OTC are just as effective but I don't trust that. I'd rather stick with the real thing considering their just as available.Quote:
