i was told that it is bad to stop a cycle with out lowering my dose first. is this true or should i just stop.

How long have u been on? If it's only a few days then I wouldn't really bother with clomid but if your on for a week -10 days or more I'd start clomid one day out.

Not that I'm aware of. Some people say some products you buy OTC are just as effective but I don't trust that. I'd rather stick with the real thing considering their just as available.

I did Winstrol for 4 weeks (had to quit 2 weeks early do to joint pain) I stopped without lowering the dosage and I was fine. I would NOT use any OTC products.
