gone to gym as normal done my chest and arms and back had a good two hours. worked like hell and i feel no different from when i went in.very dissapointed anyone else had a crap workout ive been on my cycle for 4 weeks and ive had some good gains so far but 2nite im pissed off.
im doing a lot more than my spotter and he had a great workout
can u have a bad session or was i just lasy or what.
