    Talking Emergency Cycle Advice

    Okay i am 5'11 187lbs around 12-14% Bf trying to add some good mass (15-20lbs) and try and get down around 6-8% Bf. this is my Third cycle (one cycle of Eq alone and one of T-400 Deca and Methadroil ps Methadroil is crap). And i wanted to know if this cycle i am planning will do what i want. ANY ADVICe, TIPS, OR CHANGES WOULD BE REALLY APPRECIATED!

    EOD= shot every Monday, Wednesday, FRiday and Sunday

    WHEN AND SHOULD I ADD THE ARIMEDEX AND HOW MUCH (dosage)???????



    WKS1-12- 500mg equipose

    wks 1-4- 50mg eod of test prop

    wks 1-8 400mg Test Enth

    wks 9-12 100mg Test Prop eod

    week 13- 50mg test Prop eod

    wks 9,10 and 13,14- Clen (2,3,4,5,6,6,6 6,6,6,6,6,6,6)

    wks14- 150mg clomid ED

    wk15- 100mg clomid ed

    wk 16- 50mg clomid ED

    REMEMBER I WANNA ADDD 15-20lbs OF MUSCLE AND GET dOWN TO 6-8% BF

    Bro this is wayyyy confusing. The pyrimid thing u got going here is a no no IMO. Keep your test levals constant. If your gonna do anything....Frontload the test and EQ in the first 2 weeks.
    Maybe you could repost so we can better understand this.

    this should help i straightend it out so you can see in better. and i have the prop for the first few week to gimme a instant kick instead of frontloading. and i have it in the end so i can maintian my size while im dieting with out the usual test water retention

    Dude if your 5'11'' and 18 lbs you better do like "1000mgs d-bol wks 1-4 every day,5000mgs of deca per week (i would probaly do it a few time a week thats alot of juice.and then top it off with like 10,000 mgs a week of sust 2500WEEK 1-10.THEN YOU SHOULD BE A GOOD 83LBS WHEN YOUR DONE LOL JUST BUSTING YOUR BALLS ON YOUR WEIGHT ERROR."I HOPE"
