Post workout naps after you hit the gym and take a shower are the greatest even if it's just 30mins or an hour nap.

I would think that they would be a big help to putting on muscle. Since everyone knows you put the most muscle on when you sleep and that you are in an anabolic state for a window of 30mins to possibly an hour after working out.
