    how long off cycle?

as I get more and more cycles under my belt(well, next week will start my third) I feel like taking less and less time off. At first I was planning on a couple a year, now I can barely survive the time off = time on "plan". So the question is what is a safe interval between cycles to apply? What do some of you bros do?

Well, I was planning on sticking to time off = time on but I am also interested in learning about bridging. Not that I would need to yet but something to think about in the future..

ddoublevision, i've read a fair bit about bridging and it doesn't seem very advantageous, along with the fact if you think about it it's common sense that you need to give your body a rest at some stage

I'd stick to the time off = time on
