How many times a week should Tren En be injected

I was just wondering how many time a week. Right now i'm 200mg on Mon. and 200mg on Thur. Any ideas?

My freinds homebrew.(good memory by the way). I don't know what he uses. He just hands it to me and says try this. But he knows what he is doing becuase he has been doing this for a long time and he just recently talked me into getting geared up.
