Hey bros,
currently on the following cycle
1-10 300mg deca/wk
1-12 500mg test e/wk
13-16 clomid pct
am wondering if I can add clen to this cycle during or after it and which would be the best time. I want to add some mass w/ the cycle (which I am already doing....yaya) and then cut up after it is done....or perhaps during its going on.....
So when would be best time....start now during cycle or do after its done?
If you're bulking and then cutting....then do clen after your bulking cycle.
yea thats what I was thinking....prob would be kind of a conflict between the mass eating that bulking takes and the less eating cutting takes
yea do it after, don't do it during or in pct like some do, as during pct you need to continue eating a high num of cals to keep gains
my understanding was that you can continue to eat big, though while on clen.
hmm im not sure i havent used clen yet, have a read of the clen handbook, i just know you need to take it before say 4pm else sleeping will be hard and stuff like that
