Just got my liquid nolva and for lack of a better term is crystalized booger. I am sure it needs to be heated but I don't know the best way and for how long. What should the consitency be?

a lot of people on the board have had this problem in the past including myself. from what I understand, it should be very easy for these research companies to suspend Nolva properly, but I guess some of them still don't. Just run it under hot water and swirl it around until all the crystals disolve. Unfortunatly the Nolva will fall out so you will have to do this everytime...

I dont suppose it would matter when during the day you should take it considering its relativly long half life. However it's absorbtion would be increased with if taken on an empty stomach due to the fact that the compound it self is mildly lipophillic. Taking it with a fat containing meal would trap a percentage of the compound in your meal.
As far as how long it would take to prevent water retention. Nolva doesn't have much of an effect on water retention...if water retention is an issue l-dex or possibly even femera. Nolva's purpose is to block estrogen receptors not prevent estrogens formation.
And finally, as for resuspending the precipitated nolva...depending on who the moron who suspended it was it may require more or less work to resuspend it. I found that PnP's nolva crashed all the time and required reheating every 2-3 days. The way i do it is to put a decent amount of water in a frying pan. then take the top off the nolva ( or provide some sort of pressure relief ie, a needle w/o the syringe) and put it in the water but not directly under the flame. then turn the flame on and GENTLY heat the water and occasionally shake/stir the vial.
