Should we be protecting prostate when on cycle?

Does juice affect prostate ? I had never heard this till I just saw that post a few minutes ago.

Should we be taking saw P while on cycle ?

Yes, and as we get older even off a cycle you should be supplementing with at least saw plamento.

Another thing good for the prostate is Lycopene. I take a supplement and eat tons of tomatoes products to get it. Heat releases it so tomatoes products have more in it than raw tomatoes.
