Should I offer juice to one of my homies ?
I work out with some younger guys and some older guys.
Im about to hit 46 and my buddy is about to turn 51.
He is 50 yrs old, medium build 5'10" 185#. He smokes a pack a day and drinks prob. a half a case of beer a week + shots.
His good points are that he never misses a workout and in 3 months of lifting with me he is making impressive gains in strength (although not much mass).
He does not know that I and the other guys juice - only becasue there is no need to tell him. We dont shoot in front of him but he would be cool about it if he knew.
From a physiological age health factors point of view should I offer him a chance to do a TEST cycle or should I leave him alone ?
At his age and habits Im having doubts about suggesting it to him.
