Cycle question

I know this is basic but i have to ask.

On this sample of a cycle:
Week Supplement /MG /Week Supplement /MG /Week Supplement /MG Supplement/ MG Supplement/ MG
1 Testosterone Enanthate /300 - 500 mg Deca / 200 - 400 mg D-Bol/30 mg/day Nolvadex /10 - 20 mg/Day Vitamin B-6/ 200 mg/Day


What days do you take each and and what times?


My guess is that you take one each day.eg. test on monday,deca on tuesday and so on?

Example: Test e 500mg weekly(1CC=250 mg E4D)Wk1-12
Deca 400mg weekly (1CC=200mg E4D)Wk1-11
Dbol 30mg daily Wk 1-4 (All at one time or spaced out).............. injection times are not that important just be consistant. You can also change the E4D to E3D if you want an increase in dosage....

First of all I would like to welcome you to AR! Secondly I will advize you to spend a little time on researching AAS. You can do this by browsing through the site i.e www.steroid.comTheres not much you wont find an answer to
You also need to let everyone know your stats and AAS history (if you have one)

So i could take the test on monday and the deca a couple of days later and maybe then the rest spread out thruout the week. Rince and repeat

I am a novice to this so i I have allot to learn . When to take what,how much and at what time.

I have done extensive research on many different types of steroids , roid diets,workouts,etc etc but i just don't get this part.

Question still remains ''is this your first cycle?'' If it is then its not adviseable to use all the AAS you mentioned in your original post. As a first cycle I would advize using 500mg test cyp or enth split into 2 x 250mg shots one Monday, One Thursday, for 12 weeks. And make sure you run PCT 2 weeks after your last shot of test. Otherwise you will lose most of your hard earned gains!

No the 1-12 are the weeks one through 12 The doses are the 1CC in the syringe which equals 250 mg of Test e taken every fourth day ..so on and so forth. Do a bit more reading and look at others cycles. I put in at least 80 hours on this board before I had my cycle down and was ready to go and knew what I needed to know. No hurry it is better to understand all this before starting.

yea, id stick with a nice basic cycle of test only if this is your 1st cycle, although

you could if wanted run test/dbol

Definitely keep it simple, you can run just test and if you want you can also use dbol for the first 4 weeks for a jump start and after the fourth week the test ought to be noticable.

That would not necessarily be a cycle i would do. It was merely an example.

The only cycle i have ever done is sust only witch is why i don't quite get all these figures.

Week 1
test enanthate
EQ
dbol

same for week two and so on but D-BOL finishes after 4 weeks of use

EQ after 11 weeks and test after 12

LOL you're killing me guy.. : ) 1-12 means you actually take the steroids for 12 weeks yes you got that, weeks 1 through 12. For test enanthate you inject that twice a week as you would for EQ.......

This is my current cycle maybe this will help you out

Week 1-4 D/bol 30mg/daily
Week 1-12 Test cypionate 500mg/week, that is x2 250mg shots one monday, one Thursday.
Week 1-10 Decca 400mg/week. I mix 200mg decca with 250mg test and shoot it together, Monday + Thursday. Same syringe. That makes a weekly total of 500mg test/400mg decca!
Week 13 x3 shots 1500 iu hcg eod
Week 14 PCT day 1 clomid 300mg, day 2-8 clomid 100mg, day 9-15 clomid 50mg.
Also run nolvadex at 20mg a day during pct. You might need to run nolvadex at 10mg a day if you suffer from gyno?
1000mg milk thistle daily.
