    b 12

    this maybe stupid, but whatever, does b 12 have an active or a half life, and how long is it if if has one?

    Its got a short half life, and should be taken ED if you are taking B12 for anemia or its other affects. It doesn't have an ester attached; its not like you can take 1 shot a week.

    i take 500 mcg ed, but if i inject in the morning, will it still have an affect on me if i train at night,

    Its not really an anabolic substance, it certainly can be good for you, but its not gear. Its used mostly for health purposes. Don't worry if its 'having an affect' on your training so much. Read up on it here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...threadid=82724

    thanks, that was a good read, Da Bull recommended it for me for my appetite, but it gives me quick energy, and i wanted to carry that over into my training
