I'm planning to start my next cycle in July. I'm looking to add lean muscle mass (20lbs is target) without bloating. I'd also like to boost endurance and stamina. 6'3", 215lbs, 8% BF

whats your cycle history?
if you don't want to bloat your going to need some arimidex, femara, or a similar aromatase inhibitor. Nolva can only do so much for bloat because it is targeted to the breast tissue, among a few other places.
this would be the fourth cycle. Mostly I've run test and deca and winny. First time trying the fina.
I've got fem -- what's the daily dosage?
start at 1.25 mg/day and work your way up.
