    Taurine Half life

    Anyone know the half life of taurine? i am taking 5 grams a day and looking for how to spread it out.

    Taurine has no relevant halflife!

    Because it is a non-essential sulfur-containing amino acid, so just like with food it is digested (but due to it being an amino achid most of the work is done except maybe Transgenesis by the liver)...
