Does it make any difference to chew or swallow your winstrol tabs?

I wouldnt Chew them there not flinstone vitamins.

swallow them then chase it with grapefruit juice, this gives alot better absorbtion.

IP reccommends you chew his, as they're packed quite densely and you're risking some passing through if you don't crush or chew them.
