Help on cycle

I am going to be starting a cycle consisting of. Sydgroup Deca 300 and Test Cyp 200, (only ones i could get my hands on) with only that to work with. can anyone give me a suggestion on how to take, with how many cc's of each, how many times a week and so on.....thanks

age 38, 185 lbs, have tried a few cylces consisting of deca only through out the years, this time i want to add on a little size just about 10 lbs of good muscle size not too exaggerated. thanks

And there is nothing wrong with Sydgroup, well...except for their Primo.....Im on their cyp right now and love it.
