How do i take IP's.?50mg's?

hey fellaz.i was just wondering how i take my IP's..do i take one full pill with chewing it or should i take half before my workout and half after??i was told they dont break down and you'll just **** em out right away..so i was wondering how i should take them.Best methods you guys use!!!thanks alot!Appreciate It :)

i used to split them up and take half in the morning and half at night.
That got to be a pain so I started taking the whole thing in the morning...
Just make sure u chew em.

I would still break it up into half.

Break it in half, then chew. One before working out then one 6 to 8 hours later. I found a new tequnique. I crush them, then put them in a vitamin capsule. That way they don't leave a taste in your mouth. All IP tabs are hard and need to be crushed.
