injection questions
hey just started my first cycle and got tons if info form this site, my doctor, and my pharmacist. I do however have a few questions about the injections. After taking forever to accomplish my first injection 2 days ago (mostly laughing and stopping since i have never stuck myself before) i need to ask someone. Do you always inject the same place? I injected 1cc (400mg/ml) in my buttocks ( i think i did it too low) and now i have this painful knot on my ass! I hear that is normal. Is it and what can i do to make it go away, and if i ineject the SAME place will it get worse?

Dont inject in the same place more then once a week. For t400 that is really common so dont worry.

rotate injection sites (glutes, quads, delts, are my preferences)-
search online and on this site for injection threads and pictures-
BTW what kind of gear did u inject that was 1 cc 400mg? If it was test 400mg it def should hurt even if u didnt hit to low

also taking oxandrolone to help counter act the watery look
very beginner very tame i wanna b careful

if i wanna build a specific area more is it ok to train it twice a week?
1- chest
2- arms
3- back
4- chest
5- arms
6-back
7- legs shoulders
and how do i get rid of that painful knot on my ass, third day and its still there

Yes diffidently rotate the site, also massage it in the shower with some hot water. I also like to inject right before my workouts, the workout actually causes it to disperse and its less painful the next day.

that is over training you are hitting the same muscle twice in a week.

This is what I am doing but it really doesn’t have to be this way, just hit each muscle group once a week.
Chest, back, shoulder, legs, arms.

My legs are huge if anything i want to tone them down a bit so i want to focus less on my legs, my torso is kind of a rectangle and to get that V shape i really want to build my back and chest, thats y i wanted to work them twice a week get em stronger bigger

training chest 3 times in 9 - 14 days is definately overtraining. period.

advanced body builder i am not I just LOVE working out and i guess a little impatient been workin out consistently for about 3-4 years now still learning more everytime i do it understanding more and more my own body and its specifics i cant wait to hit the gym and i want to do it everyday, especially since i started researching this whole steroid thing. i dont want to overtrain but i also dont want to undertrain, wast all the expense that has gone into this process
