    clen and heart rate

Any idea how many hours/days before clen loses its effect on the heart rate (mine goes up from like 60bpm to 105bpm on it). I need to see the doc and I don't want him to perform heart surgery on the spot.

This is not about detection (I know that runs for a few weeks) - just when your heart rate gets back to somewhere around normal.

If you had a HR of 105 the doctor wouldn't be all that concerned. It's not really out of range of a safe RHR. 60 to 100 are considered normal.

Yeah, but my BP is pretty high as well and I'm off cycle. I'm going to stop for 2 days and I'll let you know the result of my experiment.

When i was using clen i had around 180bpm when working out. My doc said that is a little high but nothing bad. He said your weight minus your age is an approximate number.

I've heard 220 minus your age. But that's the maximum heart rate. I usually run 50-60bpm so going to 175bpm is a big jump.
