    Why 500 instead of 250 for FIRST CYCLE

    Im going on my first cycle of Omna250 and Deca200 (400 a week) Ive been reading a ton on sites, and different forums. It seems that some say that 250 will produce excelent gains, and some say no go with 500 a week and 400 deca a week. I feel kinda confused on what to run on a first cycle now. Dose the higher dosage really poduce that much better of an effect, or is it pretty comparable? Can some one give me a ballpark idea of what to expect with 250/week, and then compare that to what we can expect with 500 a week. During and post cycle (keepable gains*) comparisons on these would be greatly helpful.

    *i know a lot is diet so just assume all is equal and in check.

    Hard to tell what you can expect, that's all on training, diet and how you respond to hormone therapy. I say go 500 test 400 deca , but you can do 250 test & 200 deca if you want to be safe... more test = more gains. Calorie intake is everything and will make or break your cycle.

    I think I will stick with 400deca. I just see conflicting opinions as far as 250 or 500 for the first cycle. Hoping maybe some one could convince me to go one way or the other. I dont want to waste the money if the gains are comparible, but I dont want to rob myself either, I want to do it right and get the most out of it as safely as possible. I just want the most effective safe dose with out a ton of sides. But I dont want to say in the end, wish I had gone with 500.....Im sure lots of first timers wonder this. Thanx for any help and suggestions .

    IMO. Just go for the 500 omna and 400 deca . Train Hard eat right and you wont be dissapointed.

    I agree here...Your body should be producing roughly 170mg of test per week, of course that all depends on the person...

    i was taking deca 300mgs a week and sus 250mgs a week...i have 4 fours weeks left so i boosted it for to 400mgs a week and 500mgs a week...if u want me to i will keep u posted on ho wits doin..i just boosted it this week so i see nothing yet
