Always have nolvadex. Some use it from the begining (me!:D) But most stick to the "if they feel sore, itchy, or puffy", then start the nolva. I'd get a 100 pill bottle, most likely 10mg pills. That gives you plenty. You have your clomid, right?

What kind EQ are you getting?
And if your nipples get sore use it at 40mg until symptoms dissapear, then 10mg for the rest.
