    this is probably a dumb question ..

    What exactly do you guys mean by pumps? sorry if its a dumb question im just unfamiliar with the term

    Blood saturation of the muscle due to excercize. The reason you swell up while working out.

    With increased blood pressure and water retention due to steroids , they may become painfull. As in the case of "lower-back pumps."

    actually he should be in this section and he should ask more questions....its not a dumb question, there are no dumb questions when ur dealing with gear, but he would be dumb for not asking a question.
