    Deca dosage

    Hey guys...
    Currently running Quest Deca 200 at 400 mg /week and Quest Test En at 500mg/week....(week 5)
    My last cycle I was running Deca 300....and I had great pump...
    Not sure If I should increase deca to 500 mg /week ?
    Is 400 mg...considered low?

    Stick with 400mg. A good rule of thumb is not to run deca at a higher dosage then your test....

    i would have stayed at 300mgs, ( if it aint broke, why fix it) but 400mg is a ideal amount for you.
