Within a few days. I would say about 3-5.
usually the next morning when i wake up i feel awesome.
1-2 days for me.
It works so fast, you should have felt it yesterday before you even got it.
I just got my 1,000mcg orals today. Took one and I will see how much energy it gives me.
do you have to shoot b-12 ED or EOD to keep blood levels constant? Or can you shoot it say mon wed friday? I guess im saying i dont know if vitamins (b-12) are like steroids and you have to keep blood levels constant.
