Take HCG every week. Otherwise accept it like 99.95% of us do. They go back to normal when you go off cycle.
Id say ignor the shrinkage, like i do, and just work on your muscles, your nuts will go back to normal after cycle

its normal bro, im a week on m1t myself havent noticed shrinking. they should return to normal by pct time.
Use Tribulis 3-4 grams ED throughout cycle and PCT, it helps your boys produce natural test. It can be bought at any vitamin shop or online. I've been on cycle for about 5-6 weeks with mininal shrinkage(hypertrophy). Also I dont know much about PH but isn't 1 week alittle to some to see hypertrophy?
