Hello Is it ok
to shoot just on wednesday 400mg of test E or can I shoot tuesday an fridays?

also I am starting equi mondays and fridays should I just combine the test ???

Yes, shoot 200mg twice spread out evenly through the week. You dont have to shoot the EQ on the same days but i would just to keep the shots down. Also make sure u run more test than EQ and run it one week longer.

I would do 2 injects, first monday morning and second thursday night. Shoot the test e with the eq in the same syringe.
