    Question blood pressure questions

    i'm not real big on blood pressure, i dont know much about it and am not sure what average blood pressure is. i have been feeling a little "weird" as of late and my heart has been racing at times. today i went out and bought an at home blood pressure machine. i took it today and mine was 159/94, w/ 95 beats per minute, i'm sure the beats per minute is way off cause my heart never usually races like this, but is this something i should be concerned about? i definitely do not feel right and sleeping hasn’t been the easiest thing for me. i just dont want to work myself up over this if its common when on cycle.

    The heartrate isnt that bad but the BP is high. HBP is comon on a cycle though.
