To those who have had Gyne Surgery...

I'm hoping to have gyne surgery that I got from obesity by end of June, but will probably have it no later than late July, I know it's at least 3 weeks before resuming activities....but I want to go on my first cycle after this. So after surgery should I just start the cycle and lift heavy right away? Or start slowly, lift again (I haven't worked out since April) and the maybe? Also would I be able to see some results by end of august? I want to get some meat on my arms...

I had gyno surgery when I was 16, but i started juicing recently.

However, based from past experience, you really should give your body a break from introduing substances... I'd say wait a good 3 months before starting juice...

Also, I sure hope it's not hot where you live. Because you are going to have to wear tight bandages wrapped against your chest to make sure you don't end up with sagging unattached skin. And make sure they do a good job in trimming both around the nipple and also towards your arm pit where most of the fat developed...

    g'luck!

Be smart and let your body heal before you go putting juice in it!

You don't want to run the risk of f'n up the surgery you are about to spend thousands on just 'cause you want to get a head start.

You should have the mremove the ducts that cause gyno as well. Then you can get BUSY with some gear and never have to worry about biatch titties again

not necessarily true... the there will still be some residual fat cells which still can develop into breasts... trust me, mine was removed, but i still ran into gyno problem here and there...

I would let your body rest ...... surgery is surgery, and you do need SOME time to heal and rest....

with that said.....you know your body....I advise to wait...but you will do as you feel you can.....

At least give a couple weeks if you cannot wait. I would like to see you wait though. Why risk health and/or recovery?

Well it's 3-5 weeks for recovery, and I was planning on resting then, but after that is what I meant, do I wait longer?

like i said, it's not simply liposuction, gyno surgery removes the glands that develops into lumps... so these will need to be removed... If you don't want to have uneven skin, i'd say wait for two to three months. Remember, taking test may possibly lower your immune system, if you body is still healing, i wouldn't f*** with it... after all, you juice because you want to look good. no point for defeating this purpose. just my $0.02.

I don't think I will have the gland removed as I just had the pseudo from being obese, he really never told me about the gland

I guess it really depends on the severity of your condition. I was taking stuff like Anadrol and Test Suspension when I was 18 so I really screwed myself up. My gyno wasn't fat tissue, it was actual breast tissue and I had it completely removed so it was pretty bad. I couldn't train for six months let alone juicing. You can't tell now that I had the surgery except for some small scars but it took a year or so before I was completely healed.

the glands are normal fat cell size until they start to grow... that's what those lumps behind your nipples are... if you doctor tell you the incision is between the lower of your nipple and normal skin, then they are making a incision for the fat glands to be taken out... if it's just drilling a few small holes then it's simply liposuction...

Yeah, my doc tried lipo. Then he realized it wasn't fat and he went in through incisions under the nipple area. I was on the table for 4 hours in and out of consciousness until he finally cut out all the tissue. Like I said, mine was bad.
