First day

I just had to tell someone, today is the first day in about a year that i havent taken any ephedra, it was not that bad at all and i am going to quit cold turkey for awhile. i had only been taking 25mg ephedra a day but that stuff is totally addictive. anyone else feel this way about ephedra, being addictive? it did lose it's kick though which made it easier to go without. here's to another less stressful day tomorrow.

Yeah I've been doing a 2 week ECA 2 week clen cycle for about 3 months. I cant put the **** down! I'm going to try and stay off of everything for about a month and see if that will speed up fat loss any?????? I think my body has gotten used to it and will benefit if I lay off 4 a while. We'll see!!

its not addíctive ! But in a way it is.. I know exactly what you mean.. Itf i go to work with out it i will not get anything done at the whole day...
And go to the gym without ephedrin or ephedra... Than i workout for 20 min than i have to go home...
sad and pist for not lifting more than a 15 year old kid... (so it feels)

I'm totally mentally addicted to the stuff. I have my little ritual before my workout of taking it and getting mentally ready for lifting. Hopefully my intestines aren't mush from the stuff.

i know what you mean- last year i spent most every day taking 25-50mg ed.... got to where i wouldnt want or feel like working out unless i had it in me... then like you said- it lost its kick, and now i try and stay away from it.

soem of u guys are lucky u can take it everyday, i almos got a heart attack after traking 25mg for 2days!!!
